• (First!) Founding Technical Recruiter at Netic in San Francisco, CA.

  • Seed stage company building an AI customer engagement platform for services industry - think HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance services. I haven’t heard of anyone trying to disrupt this space specifically, so I’m intrigued. You’d be joining as the first tech recruiter and would get to work closely with Richard, who is currently their fractional talent/people leader (and who would be a great resource to have as you build!).   • Series B company building humanoid robots to work alongside humans. Cool! 1x is originally Norwegian and they recently relocated their HQ to Palo Alto. Andrea joined as the Head of Talent is now building out the talent function from scratch. She has five different roles open on her team, across hardware, software, and business hiring, as the company is due to grow by 2x in the next year. Busy times ahead :) Apply here.

• (First!) Tech Recruiter at Reflect Orbital in Los Angeles, CA.

  • Series A company building satellites that reflect sunlight back to Earth for the purpose of both lighting and energy use. Um, that’s pretty darn cool. Looks like you’d be joining as the first tech recruiter, hiring across just about every need in aerospace hardware and software. Nice! Apply here.

• Technical Recruiter at Audacious Ventures in San Francisco, CA.

  • This role was actually posted two weeks ago, but I wanted to include it even if it’s a bit late :) Sam is hiring for her team at Audacious, an early-stage VC, where you’d work directly with portfolio companies to build their early teams. Apply here.

• (First!) Talent Acquisition Lead at Aurelian in Seattle, WA or USA (Remote).

  • Seed stage AI platform that is designed to route, triage, and resolve non-emergency police calls. Storytime: when I was living in SF, a giant branch of a eucalyptus tree fell on a parked car, smashed it, and partially blocked a major avenue. I saw it, but not many others were around. No one was hurt, but it was a problem. I called 911 and was on hold for 7+ minutes. I thought.. imagine if I were actually in danger. 7 minutes is way too long. (Note: Now I know I should have called a different number - but I think most people associate public safety with 911, so imagine the volume of non-emergency calls that come through their line). I see the value of using AI to clear up the lines and decrease response times for those who really need it, now. No one should have to wait 5+ minutes on the line for help. • (Second?) Senior Tech Recruiter at Assort Health in San Francisco, CA.

  • Series A company building voice AI tools to help automate patient and staff interactions in the healthcare industry. It looks like they only have one recruiter who recently joined them, so you’d be a close #2 joining the team. Apply here.

• (Second!) Tech Recruiter at Graphite in New York, NY.

  • Series B company building an AI developer productivity platform. I posted their first recruiter role earlier this year, and I think this is a good space to watch. We have all seen the rapid rise of vibe-coding. But there is still a ton of work being done by engineers, who can/should be able to leverage AI to review and push code way faster than before. Graphite seems like a frontrunner (for now) in the space. You’d be joining as the second tech recruiter, working on builder a technical team building for technical people. Cool! Apply here.
